This week's weekly wrap-up is going to be fairly brief since we were interrupted by Hurricane Irene. But nonetheless I managed to cram in a few highlights into this short week! Hope everyone enjoys their weekend :-)

• Wednesday: (100th blog post, yay!) How is my mentality affected by fractures? How do I get myself out of that mental 'rut' ? My mental state during a fracture & tips I have found useful for keeping myself cool & collected.

• Thursday: Can't believe September is here and fall is about to come crashing through with all of its colors, I'm excited! Before we get into fall adventures though, here is what happened during the month of August.

• Fracture Free Friday: My first power wheelchair allowed me to be newly independent and since then I have never looked back!
